RE: Developer’s proposal for six-story apartment building on Harvard Street tests town’s zoning vision

Nine parking spaces for 40 units is preposterous. Brookline bans overnight parking and rental spaces are impossible to find in this neighborhood. Elderly, disabled, and families with young children rely on cars. Do the developers and the town really think that bicycle riders and Uber/Lyft users should have a special privilege to rent apartments in this building?
